Intuition is ultimately your connection to the frequency of the higher mind. It is how the subconscious mind communicates with the conscious mind. This is why it's such an amazing source of creative power, wisdom, and understanding. Much like building a muscle, the more you rely on your intuition the stronger it gets. You can learn to recognize patterns, emotions, and bodily sensations to hone your skills.
I will help you to learn to trust your own inner knowing through mindfulness, by raising your vibration, and by healing past conditioning that blocks the flow of information through the energetic continuum that is life itself. You will learn practical skills to help you get in touch with your higher self, to heighten your ability to read people and environments, and know how and when to make decisions.
This is a 90 minute interactive session by telephone or skype with the focus on learning to develop and trust your intuition. It is formatted as a one-on-one mini workshop uniquely suited to your life experiences. Please indicate several dates and times when you can be relaxed and uninterrupted for 90 minutes, and we will schedule the first available match.
