Payment, Rescheduling, and Shipping and Return Policies
Payment: For your security and convenience we accept all major credit cards through Paypal.
Returns: I know you will love Oshun Spirit Sweet Water Spa wellness products and our selections of fair trade gifts and jewelry, and that you will return again and again for more of your favorites and to sample new offerings.
But, if for any reason you are not happy with your products you may return them within 14 days for full credit toward future purchases of products and/or services at www.oshuspirit.com. Credit will be issued as a code to use at checkout in the full amount of the item purchase price including your initial shipping costs. You pay for return shipping. All returns MUST include a delivery confirmation number as proof of mailing. Non tangibles are non refundable.
There are no refunds for services scheduled or rendered.

Your order will be sent via US Domestic First Class or Priority, and International Priority Mail. Contact us for International shipping rates. International Customers: International customers please contact us for a shipping quote to your country. Please email us and we will be happy to invoice you through Paypal including insured International Priority Shipping. We ship to the address on your Paypal account unless otherwise verified.
Services: For services by phone or Skype, the full amount shall be charged at the time you schedule your appointment and shall not be refunded. You must provide at least 24-hour notice by email before your scheduled appointment time if you wish to reschedule your appointment. Once the 24-hour mark before your scheduled appointment has passed, the charge for time will be made in full, regardless of whether you participate in the consultation. I reserve the right to reschedule a consultation at any time for any reason (for example, due to attenuating or disruptive effects on provider's intuitive abilities). I shall not be liable for delay or rescheduling due to causes beyond my reasonable control, including illness or acts of God. I reserve the right to refuse to provide services for anyone at anytime.

Ethics
Change, also known as transformation, occurs when you choose to rid yourself of limiting beliefs, behaviors and habits, and create new ones which propel you towards your goals and desires. Each client will be treated professionally and with respect regardless of their race, cultural background, age, gender, or sexual orientation. I will only tell you what is revealed to me and will provide information only about the seeker.
I will never tell you what to do or attempt to control your life, and will never perform or recommend any acts intended to interfere with anyone’s free will.
